INICIO Prensa  >  OUTLET RESIDENCIAL WILL PRESENT MORE THAN FOUR THOUSAND APARTMENTS AND NEARLY 250 LAND DEVELOPMENTS ALL OVER SPAIN

This Exhibition, which is organised by IFEMA, will take place between 19th and 21st February. This will be the first of three events that are scheduled to take place in 2010 at Feria de Madrid.

Real Estate companies, building companies and financial bodies will present discounts of up to 40%, as well as special offers that even include the gift of a car

Between Friday 19th February and Sunday 21st February, Feria de Madrid will host the staging of the Second OUTLET RESIDENCIAL Exhibition, an event that will bring together an extensive range of property promotions located all over Spain. In this respect, a number of renowned building companies, real estate companies, banks and financial bodies will present a total of 243 land developments featuring more than 4,000 homes to the general public. These promotions are located all over Spain. Both first and second homes, featuring between 1 and 4 rooms, including penthouses, lofts, villas, studio apartments, as well as shop premises, offices, garages, storerooms and other property assets, will be on sale at this Exhibition, which is backed by the experience and know-how of IFEMA, the organising body. The discounts on offer will range from 5% to 40%, whilst some special offers will even include the gift of a car.

The largest range of property promotions will be located in the Madrid Region. Specifically, some 110 promotions will be presented, 37 in the capital alone and the other 73 located throughout the Region. Within the capital itself, we might highlight the large number of promotions in the City Centre and in Vallecas district (10 promotions each), followed by one of the city's new urban developments, Arroyomolinos, with its 5 different promotions. Villaverde will present 3 promotions, the Salamanca District, Sanchinarro and La Moraleja 2 promotions each, and Chamartín, Fuencarral and San Blas one promotion each.

With regard to the rest of the Madrid Region, offers in 42 different municipalities will be on show at OUTLET RESIDENCIAL 2010: Alcalá de Henares, 7; Alcorcón, 1; Aranjuez, 1; Aravaca, 1; Arganda, 2; Boadilla del Monte, 2; Cadalso de los Vidrios, 1; Campo Real, 1; Ciempozuelos, 2; Cobeña, 2; Colmenar Viejo, 1; Collado Villalba, 1; Coslada, 3; Daganzo, 1; El Molar, 1; Fuenlabrada, 1; Getafe, 2; Griñón, 1; Guadarrama, 2; Las Rozas, 1; Leganés, 3; Loeches, 2; Mataelpino, 1; Meco, 2; Móstoles, 1; Navalcarnero, 1; Paracuellos del Jarama, 2; Parla, 5; Pinto, 2; Pozuelo de Alarcón, 2; Rivas Vacia Madrid, 1; San Fernando de Henares, 1; San Lorenzo de El Escorial, 1; San Martín de la Vega, 1; San Sebastián de los Reyes, 1; Sierra del Tajuña, 1; Torrejón de Ardoz, 2; Torrelodones, 2; Valdemoro, 4; Villalba, 1; Villalbilla, 2, and Villanueva de la Cañada, 1.

The offer exhibited by Castilla La Mancha will be the second most important after Madrid, featuring 41 property promotions distributed among the provinces of Guadalajara, with 22 (apart from the capital, in Alovera, El Pozo de Guadalajara, Marchamalo, Píoz, Torija, Tórtola de Henares, Yebes and Yunquera de Henares), and Toledo, with 19 (in the capital as well as in Carranque, Casarrubias del Monte, Cedillo del Condado La Sagra, Cobeja, El Viso de San Juan, Esquivias, Méntrida, Recas, Seseña, Yeles, Yuncler, Yunclillos, Yuncos and Ugena).

Visitors to the exhibition will also come across promotions located in Andalusia, which will be represented at the fair with a total of 37 developments: 22 in the Province of Almería (Alcolea, Almerimar - El Ejido, Garrucha, La Mojonera, Roquetas de Mar, San Isidro - Níjar, Turre and Vera); 14 in the Province of Málaga (City of Málaga, Benalmádena, Cala de Mijas, Casares, Estepona, Manilva, Marbella, Mijas and Torre del Mar); and one promotion in the Province of Seville (Guillena).

The Valencian Region will present 22 promotions: 16 in the Province of Alicante (City of Alicante, Benidorm, Cala Finestrat, Calpe, Denia, Elche, Finestrat, San Juan and Villajoyosa); 3 in the Province of Valencia (City of Valencia, Oliva and Pobla de Vallbona); and another 3 in the Province of Castellón (Castellón de la Plana, Almenara and Oropesa del Mar).

Castile-Leon will present 12 promotions in total: 8 in the Province of Valladolid (City of Valladolid, Arroyo de la Encomienda and Boecillo); 3 in the Province of Ávila (all located in the town itself); and one promotion in the City of Salamanca.

The single-province regions of Asturias and Murcia will both present 6 promotions each, in this case distributed throughout the Asturian municipalities of Cangas de Onís, Celorio and Llanes, and throughout the Murcian municipalities of Alhama, Archena, La Manga del Mar Menor, Sucina and the City of Murcia itself.

For its part, Catalonia will also be present at this edition of OUTLET RESIDENCIAL, represented by 4 promotions, 3 in the Province of Barcelona (City of Barcelona, Montcada i Reixac and Villafranca del Penedés), and one promotion in the Province of Gerona (Sant Feliú de Guixols).

Finally, visitors will come across promotions in Galicia (2 promotions in total, located in the Province of Pontevedra, namely Sanjenjo and the Cíes Islands), as well as in the Canary Islands, located in Tenerife (Santiago del Teide) and in Lanzarote. The Balearic Islands will feature one promotion in the town of Son Gual.

The exhibition will be open to the public from 12.00 p.m. to 8.00 p.m. throughout the entire duration of the fair, which is to say, between 19th and 21st February. The price of tickets (without an invitation) shall be 3 euros, although visitors can download free invitations from the official web page belonging to OUTLET RESIDENCIAL, www.outletresidencial.ifema.es, where they will also be able to consult the offers and promotions due to be presented at the event itself.

Following the staging of this second edition of OUTLET RESIDENCIAL, Feria de Madrid will host the staging of the other editions that are scheduled to take place in the year 2010: between 28th and 30th May, and between 24th and 26th September.
